Attorney Mark L. Boon is President of Boon, Shaver, Echols , Coleman & Goolsby P.L.L.C. and the firm's estate planning and probate specialist, and assists clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, corporate law, and taxation. Gary H. Shaver
Gary H. Shaver is a partner of the firm and has practiced law in Longview, Texas for over thirty years. Mr. Shaver provides clients with support in the areas of business and corporate transactions and litigation and governmental law, including eminent domain matters. His clients include the City of Longview, as well as surrounding cities, and he provides legal assistance to many school districts and businesses in Northeast Texas, including the Longview Economic Development Corporation. In addition, he served as City Attorney for both Denison and Longview Cities, and later as an Interim City Attorney of Longview. Bradley R. Echols
Bradley R. Echols is a partner with the firm and focuses his practice on personal injury law, will contests, guardianships, and civil and business litigation. Mr. Echols has been practicing law in Texas for nearly thirty years, drawing on a unique understanding of the medical issues involved in personal injury and guardianship cases, drawn from his experience attending University of Texas Medical School at Houston.
Mr. Echols remains active in the Longview community. He is a board member of the East Texas Literacy Council, and has served on the Boards of Directors for the Texas Shakespeare Festival Foundation, the Longview Community Theater, and the Longview Regional Medical Center. In addition, he is a dedicated legal educator, performing as a Teaching Quizmaster for the University of Texas School of Law. Darren K. Coleman
Attorney Darren K. Coleman is a partner with the firm and has practiced law for almost twenty years. Mr. Coleman assists the firm's clients in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, consumer law, and commercial and civil transactions and litigation. Prior to law school he served as a police officer for the City of Dallas where he gained unparalleled insight into legal investigation and interrogation of witnesses. Mr. Coleman is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston law school and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. In recognition of his legal education, he has received American Jurisprudence Awards for both Evidence and Advocacy.
In addition to his dedication to law, Mr. Coleman is an active member of First United Methodist Church in Longview, and has served on several non-profit Boards of Directors including the East Texas Treatment Center, The Centurian Club, and Teen Court. Mr. Coleman was born in Longview, Texas and lives there with his wife, Cindy, and their two children.
